Sponsor deadline: TBA, but early September is anticipated (last year’s required LOI deadline was 9/4/24)

Description: 

The Rita Allen Foundation Scholars program funds basic biomedical research in the fields of cancer, immunology, and neuroscience.

Applicants must be Assistant Professors, preferably in the first three years of their first academic appointment.

The internal process facilitated by the OVPR office is for schools on Harvard’s Cambridge Campus and the T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Applicants who hold a primary appointment at HMS Quad, or an affiliated hospital, must apply through the process put in place by HMS Foundation Funds.
